I first made an appointment with them on August 12th for a leakage in a wall. They were supposed to come between 9 and 11am. We called them at 11.15am seeing no-one had shown up and they said they'd come around 1pm. That's disrespectful in the first place.
Then the guy shows up and starts investigating the leak. After an hour he said he had to stop for the day because he had to come back with a special machine and left, saying I'd get a call back to schedule another appointment. I didn't get a call, so I chased them on the phone and got told they had no availability until September.
In my situation, waiting for 3 weeks is just not acceptable: the wall of my bedroom is wide open and full of toxic mould such that I cannot use the bedroom at all.
This company is preying on people. What an easy cash-in: show up for an hour - collect 100euros without fixing anything, go away and leave a big mess behind.
